OBTAINING
RAW MATERIAL
We select our raw material carefully and directly in the countries of origin, according to rigorous criteria in terms of texture, cleanliness and color of the different species.
The control of the wood from its origin allows us to take advantage of local knowledge in the search for the best forests. With this we also manage to respect and guarantee its sustainability.
SAWMILL
Our sawmills allow us great flexibility and production capacity. In addition, in this way we can ensure complete precision and control of the sawing process.
We ensure that we supply the sawmill with fresh raw material, collected respecting the lunar phases. Our industrial tool is adapted to the demands of wood, optimizing its performance and anticipating the demand of our customers.
CLASSIFICATION
We carry out two rigorous classifications, one at the entrance of our warehouses and another at the exit. Our staff is highly qualified and has a long proven experience. He is the one who supervises the raw material according to the different international standards and the particularities that each species presents. In this way, we manage to homogenize the quality of our products and verify that they adapt to the needs of our customers.
DRYERS
In the wood industry special attention must be paid to the quality of drying. The investment made in state-of-the-art dryers has allowed us to increase our effective drying capacity by 4,000 m³ per year.
Thanks to this innovation, we improve not only the quality of our products, but also the speed of service to our customers.
PIECERIO
Planchets and piecesríos are an important part of our production. We have a wide range of standard sections, in stock, ready to supply our customers. In addition, we can adapt to your needs for fixed length and width from dry plank.
COMMERCIALIZATION
The wood sector is constantly evolving and Maderas Chapar, as a benchmark company in the market, is also evolving with it. We have expanded our catalog with semi-finished products in the form of plywood of various species, heat-treated spruce and northern pine wood, raw and processed, Finger laminated pine profiles for windows, Finger radiata pine wood…
SUPPLY
We store 10,000 m³ of wood in more than 38,000 m² of surface area (of which 12,000 m² are covered). A permanent stock in continuous rotation that ensures a fast and efficient supply so that the product arrives immediately at its destination.
